Delivery & service

A clear scope. A complete project.

Coordinate equipment, software, site preparation and support with responsibilities defined from the start.

GLOBAL DELIVERY, DEFINED SCOPE

The charging system includes more than chargers.

We bring hardware, software, project engineering support and remote service into one commercial scope. Local construction is added where capabilities and contracts permit.

01

Charging hardware

AC, compact DC, integrated high-power and distributed DC systems, selected against vehicle and site requirements.

02

Software and user experience

A driver app and operator platform for access, sessions, monitoring and operational analysis.

03

Site planning support

Help define power demand, equipment mix, bay layout, communications and expansion phases.

04

Balance-of-site equipment

Transformers, cables, solar and battery storage can be included where technically and commercially appropriate.

05

Remote technical support

Configuration assistance, fault analysis, software support and spare-parts coordination under the agreed service scope.

06

Country-specific site services

Installation guidance is global; construction, commissioning and on-site maintenance are offered only where local capability and contracts allow.

PROJECT LIFECYCLE

Clear outputs at every stage.

01

Define

Vehicle data, site power, use cases and project targets become a requirements brief.

02

Engineer

Select equipment, software, supporting electrical assets and responsibility boundaries.

03

Deliver

Coordinate documents, installation guidance, commissioning and agreed acceptance tests.

04

Support

Follow equipment performance, remote diagnostics, updates and spare-parts needs.

Global reach. Local responsibilities.

Legal design approval, grid connection, permits and site construction remain with qualified local parties unless expressly included in the signed scope. The proposal lists inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and acceptance criteria.

ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE

Scale informs the next site.

The engineering and manufacturing system behind our portfolio has been deployed across 25 countries, 6,000+ charging sites and 50,000+ connectors. We apply this technical foundation to project-specific equipment, software and support plans. The figures describe our product technology base.

DELIVERABLES BY PHASE

A complete solution is a sequence of accountable decisions.

01 / PROJECT INPUT

Know the operation before the catalog.

We review vehicles, routes or user dwell time, daily energy, site plans, available capacity, opening date and growth phases. The output is a requirements register and the missing-data list.

02 / SYSTEM ENGINEERING

Turn constraints into a buildable architecture.

We compare AC, integrated and distributed DC; calculate power and outlet needs; define software, communications, transformer and cable interfaces; and identify optional solar or storage studies.

03 / SUPPLY & IMPLEMENTATION

One coordinated bill of materials.

The offer can include chargers, software licences and agreed balance-of-site equipment. We supply technical drawings, installation requirements and interface documentation; local construction support is confirmed by country and contract.

04 / COMMISSIONING

Prove the complete charging journey.

The acceptance plan covers representative vehicles, protection checks, simultaneous charging, app authorization, payment integration where contracted, alarms, data and operator training. Open items are tracked to closure.

05 / LIFECYCLE SUPPORT

Keep a station useful after opening day.

Under the agreed service scope we support remote diagnosis, software configuration, fault escalation and spare-parts coordination. Maintenance ownership, response windows and local dispatch are defined in the SLA.

6 questions

01What can iVoltia supply?

Charging hardware, the driver app, operator platform, technical documents, equipment and site-planning support, plus agreed remote support. Transformers, cables, solar and battery storage can be included by project.

02Does iVoltia build sites in every country?

No. Construction, permits and acceptance depend on local capability and the contract. In some countries on-site services may be available; elsewhere we can provide technical documentation and installer guidance.

03Can you help design the complete charging site?

We can help define demand, equipment architecture, bay layout, communications and supporting equipment. Statutory design approval and grid permits remain with qualified local parties.

04Are transformers, solar and storage included by default?

No. They are optional project scope and need separate capacity, control, safety, permit, commercial and supply assessments.

05What support is available after launch?

Agreed services may include remote diagnostics, fault analysis, software support and spare-parts coordination. Hours, on-site response and maintenance ownership are contractual.

06Can the chargers connect to our existing platform?

Integration can be assessed by protocol and interfaces. Protocol support alone does not guarantee every command or business workflow; version, data fields and tests must be agreed.
