Megawatt charging

4.5 MW. Built for heavy industry.

Up to 4,500 kW of system-level power for ultra-heavy mining haul trucks and large industrial vehicles. An integrated charging architecture designed for demanding operations.

MEGAWATT-CLASS SYSTEM4.5 MW

Up to 4,500 kW at system level

4,500 kW

A new power class for mining and industrial electrification.

MW / INDUSTRIAL

Industrial power, engineered as a system.

The move to electric ultra-heavy equipment calls for more than a larger charger. iVoltia connects site power, conversion equipment, charging terminals and fleet operations in one architecture—built around the real demands of mines and industrial sites.

WHY IVOLTIA

Why choose iVoltia megawatt charging?

01

Up to 4.5 MW system capacity

A higher power class for large mining and industrial charging projects.

02

Industrial system architecture

Coordinate power conversion, charging terminals, cabling and cooling as one system.

03

Complete project support

Bring equipment, software, electrical planning and technical support into a coordinated project scope.

PROJECT DELIVERY

From system concept to operation.

We support equipment selection, site architecture, system integration and technical handover. Electrical infrastructure and local construction are scoped to each market and project.

5 questions

01Where does megawatt-scale charging fit?

It is designed for concentrated charging of mining haul trucks, port equipment and other large industrial vehicles. We plan the system around vehicle duty cycles, available stops and site power.

02What can the solution include?

The scope can combine grid connection, power equipment, dispensers, cables and cooling, operational monitoring and engineering support. The proposal defines the delivered components.

03How is the system sized?

We map energy per vehicle, usable dwell time, simultaneous charging and fleet expansion, then define a phased site architecture.

04How is the vehicle interface selected?

We select equipment against the target vehicle’s connector, voltage range and charging requirements, followed by vehicle-system integration tests.

05How many kilowatts is 4.5 MW?

4.5 MW equals 4,500 kW. This is the power scale of the overall charging system; dispenser count, power delivered to each vehicle and the vehicle interface are configured for the project.
