Returns & Refunds Policy
At iVoltia, we stand behind the quality of our energy solutions. Because our product range spans from consumer home chargers to industrial-grade infrastructure, different return conditions apply based on the product category.
1. Residential Products (Home Charging)
For our Residential Series (Home AC Chargers and Portable Units), you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.
Deadline: The cancellation period expires 7 days from the date you (or a designated third party) take physical possession of the product.
Notification: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us via a clear statement at support@ivoltia.com.
2. Commercial & Industrial Products (DC & Mega-Power Series)
Due to the technical complexity, specialized shipping requirements, and high-value nature of our Commercial (30kW-80kW), Enterprise (40kW-720kW), and Mega-Power (4.5MW) systems:
Cancellation: Orders for commercial and industrial hardware may only be cancelled prior to dispatch from our warehouse.
Final Sale: Once the goods have been dispatched or collected by the carrier, the sale is considered final. Returns or refunds are not accepted for commercial-grade equipment unless the unit is proven to be defective upon arrival under our warranty terms.
3. Conditions for Eligible Returns (Residential Only)
For home charging goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased/received within the last 7 days.
The goods are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
The goods have not been installed or connected to a power source.
Non-returnable items:
Hardware customized to your specific technical specifications or branding.
Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery (e.g., integrated into a pre-existing site energy system).
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Returning Goods
Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to our facility in Hong Kong.
Shipping: We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. iVoltia cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Receipt: We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or valid proof of delivered return.
5. Reimbursement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days. We will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any additional fees for this reimbursement.
