Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum charging speed of the 4.5MW Matrix?
It is engineered for megawatt-scale throughput. For heavy-duty vehicles with 800V/1000V architecture, the system can deliver a 20% to 80% charge in approximately 10–15 minutes. For a 4.5MW installation, the system can simultaneously support multiple ultra-fast charging sessions without power degradation.
Is it possible to start with a smaller capacity and upgrade later?
Scalability is a core feature of the iVoltia Power Cube. You can deploy the 4.5MW-capable infrastructure today but only install the power modules you currently need. As your fleet grows, you can simply "hot-swap" additional modules into the Matrix to increase total capacity, protecting your initial CAPEX.
How does the Automatic Docking System improve site safety?
By utilizing 3D Vision and AI-driven robotic arms, the system enables "zero-touch" operation. This is critical in high-risk industrial environments like mining and busy logistics ports, as it eliminates the need for manual handling of high-voltage cables and keeps human operators away from heavy-vehicle movement zones.
Is the system compatible with Autonomous Fleets?
Absolutely. The iVoltia 4.5MW Matrix is designed as the primary energy node for Level 4 and Level 5 autonomous vehicles. Through OCPP 2.0.1 and automated hardware handshaking, the entire charging cycle—from arrival to departure—is managed by the system’s intelligent controller without any human intervention.

Note: All technical specifications and performance data are subject to the final terms and conditions of the formal purchase agreement.
How does the Matrix architecture handle "Power Stranding"?
Traditional chargers have fixed power per gun. Our Full Matrix Topology creates a shared power pool. If only one vehicle is connected, it can access the maximum output allowed by its battery. As more vehicles arrive, the Matrix intelligently re-routes power modules to where they are needed most, ensuring 100% equipment utilization.
How does the system interface with my Fleet Management Software?
The system supports full OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 integration via 4G, Ethernet, or Fiber. This allows fleet managers to set charging priorities, monitor real-time battery health (SoH), and synchronize charging cycles with operational schedules to ensure maximum vehicle availability.
